Pack and Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring all original tags are attached and the package is sealed.
Drop Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
